Anesthesia
Most examinations can be performed without anesthesia. However, if a painful or lengthy procedure is necessary, anesthesia is essential. The anesthetic can be administered in water and absorbed through the skin; this also minimizes stress for the animal. For anesthesia monitoring you need special devices to constantly monitor the heart rate. This reduces the anesthesia risk significantly. Additionally we can monitor whether the pain medication during and after the anesthesia is sufficient, and thus make the recovery phase as pleasant as possible.
